If an online booking has been purchased via gift voucher, any kind of redeemable coupon from a third-party site, the voucher is deemed as “used” at the point of sale. If a cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the booking, the voucher will not be refunded however the customer may reschedulethe booking.
