- While we cannot guarantee celebrity sightings during the tour, you never know who you might see!
- There is no formal dress code, but we recommend dressing comfortably. The tour includes walking, so appropriate shoes and clothing are advised.
- Your guide will inform you which areas of the Studio Tour allow photography. As this is an active film studio, we appreciate your help in keeping some of our secrets. Please note that video recording is not permitted.
- Service dogs are welcome. If you plan to bring a service dog, please contact the Tour Center in advance at +1 (818) 977-8687. Please note that all other animals and pets are not permitted on studio tours.
- Children under 5 years are not allowed on this tour.
- Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
Present your voucher to the tour guide and scan it at the studio entrance after passing through the mandatory security check.

Easy booking and helpful Tour Guide.
Easy to redeem, just walk straight to the “Welcome Tour Entrance” to scan your e-tickets/vouchers. Tour departs every 10mins, so we were allow to start the tour even though we were 1/2 hour early.
