Irene and Marco will welcome you in the warm and typical Bolognese atmosphere where you will relive the magic of the hand-rolled sheet with a rolling pin in the manner of our grandmothers. Tagliatelle, tortelloni, tortellini, ravioli, pappardelle, all the first of our tradition are waiting for you to create with you three formats, also of your choice, which you will then go to enjoy during your lunch or dinner.
