- Cards can be collected at official Barcelona tourist information offices, including Plaça de Catalunya, Barcelona Airport (Terminals T1 & T2), Sagrada Família, Barcelona Cathedral, and other central locations.
- Operating hours vary by location, generally between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM.
- This activity ends at the same location where the card is collected.
Plaça de Catalunya (Main Tourist Office)
- Location: Pl. de Catalunya, 17, Subterraneo (Underground).
- Directions: Located in the middle of the square. Look for two red pillars with an "i" on top and go down the mechanical stairs/escalator.
- Hours: Open daily from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Barcelona-El Prat Airport (Terminals T1 & T2)
- Location: Official tourist information offices within the terminals.
- Directions: Transportation passes can be picked up at both terminals.
- Hours: Open daily from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Sagrada Família (Cabina/Booth)
- Location: Plaça de la Sagrada Família, 2.
