The Peruvian food is renowned for being one of the best in the world, for its exquisite flavors and colorful dishes, the great variety of supplies, and the created culinary fusions throughout the history.
You will learn to prepare traditional Peruvian food with your own hands in this 2-hour fun class, in an open kitchen surrounded by lovely gardens. Don’t worry if you don’t have cooking experience, we are going to be more than happy teaching you how to do it.
Itinerary

At your arrival, we are going to receive you with a delicious welcome drink called Chicha Morada, a sweet refreshment made with purple corn. We will start this amazing food adventure preparing two traditional Peruvian dishes. Our professional instructor will explain to us, step by step, how to cook the selected menu. Before starting, we are going to put on our apron and chef’s hat, and let’s cook! You will learn to cook one of these two types of menu: * Andean Menu: you will cook “Solterito”. As a second course, you’ll prepare “Rocoto Relleno”. * Traditional Menu: we will start cooking a tasty “Causa” as a first course. The main course is a juicy “Lomo Saltado”. At the end, we are going to eat our own dishes, and a dessert.
