For Physical SIM Cards, a full refund will be processed if cancelled before the date of selection. No refunds or cancellations for eSIM.

To redeem your Physical SIM Card, present your confirmation voucher and passport (for verification and identification purposes) at the redemption points indicated below. Thereafter, download the Singtel hi! App to track your data usage after SIM Card activation. Staff will be present at the counters to assist.

• Please note that eSIM on iPhone is not offered in China mainland. In Hong Kong and Macao, some iPhone models may feature eSIM. This eSIM is data-only with no number, calls or SMS and can only be registered using traveller passport.
• Follow these steps to register and install your eSIM with your physical passport.
• 1. Redeem your eSIM immediately or within 60 days from the date of purchase, visit here
• 2. Enter your confirmation code (GTXXXXX) found in this email to proceed to the next step.
• 3. Upon successful eSIM redemption, Singtel will send you an email to register your eSIM. Download hi!App for eSIM registration. eSIM registration can only be done through a Singapore network and hi!App within 90 days.
• 4. Open hi!App and click on “I have a new SIM/eSIM” > Set up new eSIM.
