Paella Showcooking Experience on a Rooftop

There is no dish of Spanish cuisine more internationally known than paella. Now you can be part of its cooking and tasting! Learn why we use each of its ingredients, where they come from, as well as the history and evolution of this traditional dish of the Mediterranean cuisine. Not only will our team introduce and teach you about this iconic dish, we will also prepare you a traditional and special sangria with the freshest ingredients of the area. All this will happen while you enjoy the stunning views on our rooftop located in one of the most emblematic buildings of the city, the Cristina Building, former Hotel Cristina. From our rooftop you will enjoy views of the Cathedral of Seville, Torre del Oro, Guadalquivir river and Cartuja, among others. Important: Make sure you have read our meeting point instructions correctly, so we can start our activity right on time. *Please note: This is not a cooking class but a showcooking.
