【Usage time】
Tours are available between 09:00 and 15:00.
It will be coordinated after the reservation is confirmed. The meeting will be
held 30 minutes before the reservation time.
【Meeting place】
You will meet your guide in the resort (hotel) lobby.
【Pickup/Drop】
- Mactan Resort is free of charge.
- Certain hotels (Alterra, Dusit Thani, Coral Point) are too far away and will incur an additional fee of 400 pesos per team one way.
- Pick-up is not available in Cordoba, Mactan Airport, and Cebu City, so you must take a taxi or Grab to the marine sports shop on your own.
- When you purchase a product, the location of the marine sports shop will be sent to you individually via KakaoTalk.

- Upon arrival at the marine sports shop, you will be asked to fill out a consent form and receive instructions on precautions.
- Parasailing & Seawalker Experience: Seawalker (helmet diving) and parasailing will be conducted in the order you request.

- The minimum reservation number is 2 adults.
- Children under 8 years old are not permitted to participate in the tour.
- Parasailing is done in pairs.
- A simple water shower is possible.
- Please note that parasailing events cannot be held for those who are more than 3 months pregnant, or seawalking events cannot be held for those who are more than 5 months pregnant.
- Most events are possible for elementary school students and older, but since each child is different, if your child is too small or young, the local staff may determine that the experience is not possible. In this case, we will help you get a refund for your child. However, please note that if the local staff says the experience is possible but your child is scared and does not proceed, a refund is not possible simply because of a change of mind.

- If you notify 7 days (~7) before the start of the trip: Full refund of the travel fee
- If you notify 3 days (6~3) before the start of the trip: 50% of the payment fee will be deducted
