- Please choose the date of use as pick-up date while booking.
- Rental Octopus Card (HKD150 Preloaded) does not include HKD50 deposit of the card, please pay upon pick up.
- Rental Octopus Card (HKD150 Preloaded) does not include HKD11 service fee (deduct from deposit upon refund the card).
- Pick-up Location: Hong Kong International Airport, Terminal 1, Arrival Hall, Counter A13
- Please recharge your Octopus Card when the balance reaches zero.
- Tourist Octopus Card is only available for adults. Cards for children ages 3 to 11 must be purchased at the MTR Customer Service Center.
- Travelers who have a balance left in their Octopus cards may exchange the card for a cash refund at any of the service counters within MRT stations at the end of their trip.
- Please note that Octopus Card can’t be refunded at Counter A13 in the airport.
- Once refunded, Tourist Octopus Card will no longer be valid.
- Octopus Card cannot be shared by more than one person traveling together on public transport.
- Please note that counters within the airport will not return your Octopus Card after refunds are made. If you wish to keep your Octopus Card after receiving your refund, please head to a service counter within MRT stations.
- For any problems relating to the use of Octopus Card, please contact the on-site staff for assistance.

Good, easy to pick up and use
It was relatively easy to collect the Octopus card from the counter.
Picked it up at the arrivals hall, after baggage claim. Very fast and convenient, just scanned the voucher QR code and got the card immediately. The card can be refunded at the end of the trip at any MTR service centre. Octopus card can be used for payment in many shops, not just for transport, so it is very convenient.
Definitely value for money and you can top up on this card and use everywhere including disneyland where they does not accept cash. Plus you get wifi 80gb not having to worry about bursting the limit. Easy to use and with no worries!
