The Castle's State Apartments are furnished with some of the finest works from the Royal Collection, reflecting the changing tastes of the Castle's royal occupants, particularly those of Charles II and George IV. Visitors can take a self-guided tour of the Castle with a free multimedia tour. Packed day, super efficient and engaging!
Tour guide (Will) has good time management to ensure the tour progresses well. Please be on time or you will be left behind. A bit too rush to see all 3 places in one day but it's a good overview if you are short of time. I wish to go back to Windsor Castle on my next visit to explore more, but I've seen enough of Stonehenge and Bath Romans in this tour.
