Good To Know
Children and elderly guests must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Tickets are required for children aged 3 and above; children under 3 are required to be held by their parents during the entire ride and sign an affidavit letter.
Once you receive the local agency confirmation number, requests for booking changes, including dates, sessions, bike numbers, and refunds, will not be granted.
Please note that only 4-seater rail bikes are available on the Gyeonggang Line.
Please provide 3 substitute sessions in the 'Note' section when booking to ensure a successful booking.
Travellers must present the Gangchon Rail Bike local agency confirmation number to experience rail bike riding.
Travellers can purchase tickets for the following month at the start of the current month.
Please follow on-site instructions and regulations at all times to avoid accidents.
In the event of cancellation requests resulting from rainfall or adverse weather conditions, please contact customer service in advance, and we will notify you of the request result after discussions with the supplier.
Guests who arrive after 12:00PM must note that there will be no staff on the site because it is lunchtime.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 24 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
