Please drop off your luggage at the airport counter between 9:00am and 3:30pm and pick up your luggage at your hotel after 7:00pm.

Applicable to hotels in Naha City, Ginowan City, Urasoe City, Chatan Town, Tomigusuku City and Itoman City (some only).

We cannot accept accommodations that do not have staff at the front desk, such as vacation rentals or BnBs, or accommodations that do not have luggage storage services.

How to use:

④The driver will attach a special tag to the luggage when picking it up and deliver it to the destination.

Please drop off your luggage at the hotel front desk before 11am and pick up your luggage at airport counter between 3pm~8:30pm.

Hotel → Airport:
Luggage drop-off deadline at the hotel is 11:00am on the day of the booking.
After dropping off your luggage, please send us a photo of your luggage via KKday message or email.
Pick up your luggage at the airport counter between 3:00pm and 8:30pm and show your reservation name and transaction number to receive your luggage.
The hotel provides special tags for luggage delivery, but hotels that do not provide tags can also use this service.
We offer delivery services for luggage (checked or carry-on size), cardboard boxes, purses, and snowboards. Please note that we cannot accept wallets (cash and credit cards), identification documents (passports), jewelry (diamonds and pearls), flammables (fireworks), toxic plants, poisons, cannabis, amphetamines etc. (all substances prohibited by Japanese law), and all animals including pets (dogs, cats, insects, reptiles, fish).
In case of any prohibited items found in the luggage, Airporter reserves the right to refuse the service even if the reservation has been made, and the consequences shall be borne by the customer.
Please check your luggage immediately upon receiving it. If there is any abnormality with the luggage, please take a photo and contact customer service immediately. Once the luggage has been confirmed, the service is deemed completed and we will not be responsible for any further issues.
