For wheelchair rental, please go to the general information counter on the 2F (reservation not available, subject to on-site availability).
Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs or other service animals. For reasons related to environmental management, please refrain from bringing plants into the building.
Photographs can be taken anywhere except in restricted areas. Please refrain from making videos, using flashlights, selfie sticks or tripods.
Baby strollers are allowed in the museum except in some exhibition rooms. Please park the stroller in the designated areas before entering those exhibition rooms.
Some facilities might be unavailable in the event of changing the exhibition.

The exhibition will close in the event of rainfalls, except for drizzles. In case of heavy rains, strong winds, or adverse weather, the exhibition will close, please visit the official website for details. If the exhibition closes due to adverse weather conditions, your ticket will remain valid for 3 months from the original entry date.
