Enjoy a day of relaxation and discovery, in Saint-Émilion, in the comfort of an air-conditioned luxury sedan.
During the journey your personal guide will give you information on one of the oldest wine regions in France. The Romans had already planted vines there. You will discover the magnificent vineyards of the right bank of the Garonne, and the castles for which these appellations are famous.
We will book three visits for you, to help you discover the prestigious estates of Saint-Emilion or Pomerol. In each château, a domain guide will take you on a guided tour of the cellars, vines, vat room ... Each visit will be concluded with a tasting of the estate's wines. This tasting will be an opportunity to better understand the link between the wine and its production region.
You will also discover, during a walk, the cobbled streets of the medieval village of Saint-Emilion, classified as World Heritage by Unesco since 1999.

Grape varieties, destemming, vatting, fermentation, fining ... you will learn all about winemaking, the different grape varieties used and the blended wines. You will be able to see that the modernism of today's cellars blends wonderfully with ancestral working techniques, in order to give birth, each year, to wonderful vintages, always having an assertive temperament. This visit will be concluded with a tasting of the wines of the visited property. During this tasting you will be given precious advice on aging, for your future purchases of Saint-Émilion wines.
