I’ll teach you the secret of traditional pasta while sharing the wonderful view of the hills from the top of the house where you'll feel filled with positive energy. We'll knead the dough for pasta, and then we make spaghetti and the bigoli with a typical tool. We cook and prepare the dough in a gorgeous top floor attic and then cook and eat in an ancient kitchen in a friendly and warm atmosphere. I obtained the Italian HACCP certification at the top level for the food and beverage safety.
