Highlights

Come with us on a short cruise on the Vistula River on a modern glass boat in a cozy atmosphere and admire many of Krakow's attractions along the way. Enjoy a tour that offers a whole new way to experience the city from its less touristic side.
Be close to nature and be sure that you are sailing in a very safe boat and the heated interiors and comfortable leather sofas will make you feel at home even on cold days. On warmer days, we invite you to our observation deck to enjoy the charming Krakow and spend time outdoors.
Hear also the stories about the facilities on the Vistula River from the boat's modern sound system and watch the multimedia presentation on a 50-inch screen.

Itinerary

  • Vistula River

    1 hoursAdmission Ticket Free
Sailing on a catamaran on the Vistula, you have the opportunity to see (some from a distance, others up close) some of Krakow's monuments, visible from the river, that you did not see while walking around the city. Even the well-known Wawel looks different from the water. Admire all the most important places in Krakow from the Vistula River. See Krakow from a new perspective as you follow the flow of the queen of Polish rivers.
  • Kosciuszko's Mound (Kopiec Kosciuszki)(Pass by)

    Admission Ticket Free
Built in honor of the great patriot and leader of the uprising - Tadeusz Kościuszko - the mound is also a museum and a wonderful vantage point and tourist destination
  • Monastery of the Norbertan Sisters(Pass by)

    Admission Ticket Free
One of the largest historic complexes in the city is situated on the picturesque Vistula embankment. It is the monastery and seat of the Krakow Norbertine Sisters - one of the oldest religious congregations in Poland. Centuries ago, the order received excellent daughters from noble and princely families, it managed numerous lands, and the monastery - thanks to its strategic location - was of great importance for the defense of Krakow. The history of the Norbertine monastic complex is strongly marked by invasions and sieges, starting with the Tatar invasions in the 13th century. The colorful Krakow legend of the Lajkonik is associated with the Tatar invaders. It was the beginning of the traditional procession that sets off every year from the convent's courtyard one week after the Corpus Christi.
  • Wawel Royal Castle(Pass by)

    Admission Ticket Free
The limestone hill rising above the Vistula River is the former center of power, the legendary (associated with the mythical founder of Krakow and his descendants) and historical: princely, episcopal and royal. Wawel is a complex of castle and sacred buildings - a symbol of the city, but most of all a museum presenting the most valuable monuments of Polish material culture. Take a good look and you will also notice the silhouette of the famous Wawel dragon breathing fire towards onlookers
  • Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology(Pass by)

    Admission Ticket Free
The original, modern form of the building housing the museum of art and technology is perfectly seen from the river level. The wavy line of its roof is to refer directly to the waves of the Vistula River.
  • Church on the Rock (Kosciol na Skalce)(Pass by)

    Admission Ticket Free
The baroque church of Saint Michael the Archangel and Saint Stanislaus on Skałka rises above the boulevards, right on the Vistula River, on a small hill made of white Jurassic limestones. The basilica is also a national pantheon (many distinguished painters, musicians and poets are buried here) and a library with priceless documents, books and incunabula.
  • Cricoteka - Centre for Documentation of the Art of Tadeusz Kantor(Pass by)

    Admission Ticket Free
Another building that stands out against the background of Krakow buildings, with a complicated graphic line and many symbolic meanings, is associated with the name of the artist Tadeusz Kantor. As requested by the artist, the building served as a museum, archive, art gallery and research center from the very beginning. It was created by combining the historic buildings of the former power plant and a modern gallery building, 20 m high above the power plant, made of seemingly rusty metal, stairs and strange lumps. The lower surface of the gallery has a mirror-like surface reflecting the roofs of the power plant below the buildings and the surrounding entertainment area.
