(Required Confirmation) Entry is only allowed one hour before closing time on both weekdays and weekends. Please make sure to confirm.
Any items smaller than a handbag are not allowed inside the museum. Backpacks and other items can be stored in the designated storage lockers at the entrance to the museum before entering. Large bags or carriers that cannot be stored in the storage lockers can be left free of charge at the customer center.
To protect the artwork, selfie sticks and tripods are not allowed in the exhibition hall.
Please guide your children to observe museum etiquette.
Food, drinks, and tripods are not allowed. Please use the vending machines on the 2nd floor inside the museum.
Please do not touch the artwork; just admire it with your eyes.
The floor is made of glass, so please be careful not to run around as there is a risk of accidents.
There are areas where the floors are made of mirrors. Visitors wearing skirts are advised to be careful.
Museum One is not responsible for any injury caused by the carelessness or violation of notices by visitors while viewing the exhibition, and will seek compensation for damage to the artwork.
