This is our most popular menu item. This is an excellent dish that allows you to fully enjoy the Nagoya speciality hitsu-mabushi. You can enjoy the different tastes of Hitsu-mabushi at once, with the upper tier being "Shiroyaki-mabushi" (White) and the lower tier being Hitsu-mabushi (Red). The gold leaf mabushi box is a sumptuous hitsu-mabushi dish made with an abundance of gold leaf from Imai Kinpaku, a long-established gold leaf company in Kanazawa that has been in business for more than 100 years.
