This review is for PELAGO not Whipsnade zoo. The zoo is great, however I booked the tickets through Pelago and accidentally booked an extra adult ticket without realising. Despite getting proof from the zoo that it was just my wife and I with 2 kids, Pelago won't refund the money for the unused ticket, saying they have a no cancellation policy which is completely irrelevant in this scenario. Make sure you only book directly through ZSL website. These people at Pelago are charging much more and have stolen my money
