The earliest reservation time for each store is 9:00AM, and the return time is before 6:00PM. Please be sure to return the kimono before the end of business. It is recommended to prepare in advance to avoid crowding. Late returns will be charged a late fee.
Luggage can be stored for free if you rent and return it in the same store. If you need to return it across stores, please confirm with the store staff on site. You need to take your clothes and luggage with you when returning across stores. Store employees are not responsible for the transfer.
The latest time to wear kimono at the store is 03:00pm, please be sure to arrive before this time.
Priority is given to customers who have made reservations. Please be sure to arrive at the store on time as scheduled. If customers are late due to their own reasons, they will need to wait in line again.
Dressing tables and cosmetics are provided free of charge. If you need makeup from the store staff, please purchase additional makeup items.
The service time in the kimono store is 1-2 hours (including choosing clothes, wearing kimono, styling hair, etc.), depending on the number of reservations, so please plan your travel time reasonably.
Pregnant women are not allowed to experience kimono. Pregnant women are not allowed to experience it in the store. Pregnant women are asked to check themselves. The pregnant woman shall bear all consequences and losses caused by not informing her in advance that she is a pregnant woman.
