Purchase Notice
- For safety reasons, people aged 65 or older and pregnant women cannot participate in the tour. If any of these people apply to you on the day, we will refuse your participation.
- In order to avoid inconvenience to other customers, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to participate in the tour and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged on the day. Please make sure you have plenty of time.
- Free GoPro rental is limited to one GoPro per group. Please note that even if the same group makes separate reservations, only one GoPro will be rented.
Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
There are no changing rooms, lockers or other facilities at the harbour on Ishigaki Island. Therefore, please wear your swimming suit beforehand. Please also minimise the amount of luggage you bring.
