You must activate your pass on the Rail Planner app before taking your first train.
The pass is valid across the national rail networks of the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and Wales.
Most high-speed and night trains require a reservation at an additional cost. Check for any specific seat reservation requirements prior to your travel.
It is recommended to add your children's free Eurail Child Passes to your order to facilitate seating reservations. Add them as travellers to your account and book your reservations well in advance.
First-class passes are valid in both first and second-class coaches. Second-class passes are only valid in second-class coaches.
