Bought 4 esim, Pelago only issued two valid esim . 2 of my kids travel without the esim in the end . I follow every instruction, and only the 1st and 4th qr code can be redeemed . I have tried multiple time to for the 2nd and 3rd qr code but its not valid at all . I did not expect pelago to issue ticket which is not valid . I raised the matter to their customer service, no update till date. Such a terrible horrible experience . My first and last booking with pelago. I demand for refund and no update as well.
