To redeem your Physical SIM Card, present your confirmation voucher and passport (for verification and identification purposes) at the redemption points indicated below. 1. Redeem your eSIM immediately or within 60 days from the date of purchase, visit here
2. Enter your confirmation code (GTXXXXX) found in this email to proceed to the next step.
3. Upon successful eSIM redemption, Singtel will send you an email to register your eSIM. Download hi!App for eSIM registration. eSIM registration can only be done through a Singapore network and hi!App within 90 days.
4. Open hi!App and click on “I have a new SIM/eSIM” > Set up new eSIM.

Super convenient, easy to pick up the SIM card. 5G service is fantastic
It was great and super affordable. We got it while we were in the airport using free wifi, the e-sim was sent to us immediately, and we had 100gb of data before we even stepped out of the Changi. Throughout our vacation, we never experienced issues. Even when we were in the MRT underground, the reception was pretty good. Would definitely recommend to friends whenever they travel to Singapore.
This was of great value and one of the rare occassions where I found targetted advertising to be worth it. As I was flying with scoot airlines, there was further discounted value which was lot more economical than buying a sim from the retailer directly. The coverage through Singtel was decent as well (except for few areas on subway)
