A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 72 hours before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 72 hours before the date of selection.

Is it difficult to drive an electric vehicle?
No. If you can ride a bicycle normally, you can start right away. Even if you don't know how to ride a bicycle, you will be able to ride normally after about 5 minutes of practice.
Can I carry my baby on the bike?
No, babies are not allowed.
Can I bring my luggage?
Depending on the amount of luggage you have, you can choose from various types of vehicles. If you have less luggage, you can choose an electric car or bicycle; if you have more luggage, you can choose a mini shopping cart.
I only have a local driver's license; can I use Rimo?
Yes, you can. As long as you are 16 years old or older, you can drive. Electric bicycles can be used regardless of age. Only those who have a Japanese driver's license can drive the "Portable Lightweight Electric Car." (You can go to the appropriate department to exchange your license.)
What should I do if the vehicle's battery runs out?
Rimo provides chargers so that you can charge the vehicle at coffee shops, restaurants, and other locations whenever needed.
