The driver is friendly and on time. Pick up and drop off are easy. Had issue with the other ticket and manage to solve with the team after a few round of feedback session.
The bus came slightly late and we had 4 pieces of luggage with us. The driver loaded 2 and just went off, leaving the other 2 bags by the road for us to load ourselves. We had to help another passenger load hers as well. The ride was good and convenient compared to taking the metro and much cheaper than taking a taxi.
