- Please note that it generally takes about 1–1.5 hours to drive from downtown Jeju to the suburbs (such as Seogwipo, Seongsan, etc.) as Jeju has a large area
- Please refer to the reservation requirements before booking

- Overtime fee: ₩20,000/hour (overetime of more than 31 minutes will be treated as one hour late)
- Please choose the corresponding plan for non-urban areas, such as Seogwipo and other places. If you do not choose the corresponding plan, you need to pay ₩30,000 cash to the driver on the day of departure
- The private customized itinerary is limited to a one-day tour in one area (i.e. one-day tour of the east line/west line); if you plan on taking a cross-area tour, an additional KRW ₩55,000 will be incurred for the round-the-island fee
- It is recommended that you choose 3–5 places (including coffee shops or restaurants) in the same area for sightseeing. The customer service staff will help plan a route with you and arrange a driver a few days before departure
- Please note that the driver will not enter the attraction with your group, and that this chartered car service does not include a tour guide
- If the actual number of travelers and the number of luggage in your group do not match the vehicle type you reserved, you will need to change the vehicle type and pay an additional fee
- 1 piece of luggage 28" and above will be counted as 1 passenger; 2 pieces of 20" hand luggage will be counted as 1 passenger
- If you need to carry luggage, please indicate in the Note section when booking or inform the customer service staff after booking

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The time and itinerary may change according to your activity date, and traffic and weather conditions. The customer service and the driver guide will suggest the best itinerary route that is most suitable for the attractions you want to visit
Please note that no child seats are provided. If you bring your own child seat, it will be considered as 1 occupied seat and you will be charged according to the number of passengers
Children below 2 years old who do not occupy a seat can ride for free
Please note that if you want to visit the scenic spots, the customer service staff will contact you in LINE 3–5 days before departure to confirm the itinerary, pickup and drop-off locations. Please ensure that your Line ID has been set to public
