Please arrive at the meeting location promptly, 30 minutes prior to the selected time slot, as the program will start on time.
Latecomers or no-shows will be charged the full amount. No refunds will be given.

The rider's weight must be under 85 kg (187 lbs). No refunds will be given to those exceeding this weight.

Booking via Pelago was seamless The Horseback ride experience itself was awesome, though be prepared to have some form of bum/ pelvic ache the next day if you aren't an experienced rider (but totally worth it). My 4 and 6 year olds thoroughly enjoyed themselves, their horses were led one-on-one by handlers. The handlers asked my kids if they wanted a little gallop and followed my kids' wishes. My horse had a little feisty moment when my handler got him to gallop but I managed to stay on the horse and all was well in the end. My only suggestion is for more information/communications beforehand, we were staying at Banyan Tree, and the actual horse ride took place at the beach right opposite where we stayed, but we had to cab to the meeting place to sign waivers/ choose helmets, then we were transported to the beach with a horse trailer attached to our truck, then after the gallop we were transported back to the office to collect our belongings. We hadn't known before hand the beach was right opposite our hotel, or we wouldn't have deposited our belongings at the office and then had to go back to the office to collect belongings before cabbing back to hotel again.
