The desk is upstairs in the airport, but is well sign posted. We only waited about 10 mins and travelled with another couple. We were dropped further from our hotel than expected, but that was possibly a misunderstanding on my part. The dock had a missing plank where we had to step off which made it hard for an older couple with a suitcase.
Wasn’t sent pickup time until day before travel back to airport - when we were sent it; it would have been cutting it fine to get there, so we advised that we wanted to cancel and just got the vaporetto. We were told by the coordinator that if we wanted to cancel we could contact the customer services team which we did, and they refused to refund us. We paid for a service we did not use, all because we didn’t feel comfortable about the time we were being collected. Very poor customer service, avoid at all costs.
