Gardens by the Bay is Singapore's premier horticultural treasure trove, an icon of the city skyline opposite the Singapore Flyer, and a clear representation of the country's reputation as a Garden City. Spanning 101 hectares in the city’s centre and built on reclaimed land, it features over 1.5 million plants, horticultural-themed gardens, interactive displays, and other state-of-the-art attractions.
Reimagine nature when you step into the Flower Dome, the world’s largest glass greenhouse as listed in the 2015 Guinness World Records, and the Cloud Forest, home to the world’s tallest indoor waterfall. Both are architectural marvels in their own right, built with artistic finesse and featuring a diverse collection of plants and lush vegetation from various continents, including semi-arid regions and the cool-dry climate of the Mediterranean.
Discover the three waterfront gardens, the spectacular cacti in the Sun Garden, and other plant displays for an unforgettable experience. The iconic Supertree Grove, resembling towering vertical gardens, steals the show, especially during the mesmerising Garden Rhapsody light and sound spectacle, with panoramic views of the Marina Bay district—perfect for that Insta-worthy shot!
This Chinese New Year, Gardens by the Bay ushers in the Year of the Snake with Spring Blossoms, a floral display inspired by Legend of the White Snake – one of China’s four great folktales, which tells the story of the union between a mortal man, Xu Xian, and a female snake spirit, Bai Suzhen, also known as Madam White Snake.
Set in the Gardens’ Flower Dome and taking centre stage amidst a vibrant landscape of festive blooms is a breathtaking 4.5m-tall floral rendition of the protagonist, Madam White Snake, meticulously crafted through mosaiculture. This intricate horticultural art form uses a variety of plants to create visually stunning, three-dimensional living sculptures, and is presented in collaboration with leading China landscaping company Beijing Florascape.
The floral display also features over 1,000 dahlias, with five new varieties this year. Symbolising prosperity and new beginnings, dahlias are a perennial favourite during Chinese New Year and a signature of Gardens by the Bay’s festive floral displays during this period.

Ticketing experience with Pelago was convenient. The tickets were accepted and we were able to visit the "Gardens by the Bay" There are different tickets for each of the domes at Gardens by the Bay. This one requires about 1-1.5 hour to complete with a child. Overall the activity was fun.
A truly wonderful experience made easier by the simple ticketing of Pelago.
