Purchase Notice
  • Under the Tourism Industry Act 1992, More than 7 passengers is compulsory to have a tour guide accompanying the transfer.
  • Baby seat is not available, you may bring your own baby seat, please note that it will occupy 1.5 pax's capacity.
Reminders
The passengers and luggage should not exceed limit of each car's capacity. Otherwise, it will result in the cancelation of service
If guest is informed earlier by the airline on any delays , guest must inform us as soon as possible and provide the delay notify proof for us to reschedule the pickup time.
Driver details will be provided 1 day before to the guest. (Name , Contact number & Plate No.). Once arrive at Sandakan Airport , guest may look for the vehicle plate no. or contact the driver.
If your pickup / drop off location is outside the tour operator's service range, your booking might be canceled.
