With the instructions of a 10 years experienced teacher you will learn how to prepare your own gluten free flour mix, how to knead the dough and making ravioli and tagliatelle.
You will prepare also a delicious and simple dessert
This is intended to be a very personalized intimate experience, there are a maximum of 6 guests allowed!
You will find a large kitchen with fresh and seasonal ingredients ready for you!
The food is made from scratch so the lesson will be completely hands-on.
We will finish the experience eating the fruits of our labour, accompanied with good wine.
