If you are coming from KL, please budget about 1 hour to get to the trailhead as traffic can be bad around 7:00PM
Pick-up from Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya is available. Do incdicate on where your accomodation is upon booking or three days before the event
The night walk can be postponed if it rains on the day of the planned activity

Had a great night on this walk! Very interesting to talk to the guide, he is very knowledgeable both about the Shah Alam Community forest and about the many species you can find in the rainforest. He is well trained in spotting different animals in the dark, and we saw many different frogs, snakes, spiders and other insects. Also got to see a mouse deer which is a rare sight there. The trail is quite steep and might be a challenge for some.
This was a absolutely experience! Steven was so knowledgeable, and to be able to take a night walk with a expert just enables you to learn so much, from the animals to the flora n fauna to the ecosystem. Exceeded my expectations. Do it, you won’t regret this!
