Your guide is Anangu (pronounced arn-ung-oo) and is part of the Mutitjulu community, the traditional owners of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Your guide will speak to you in Pitjantjatjara during the tour, your interpreter will translate into English.
  • Mala Walk

    Enter the caves where the Mala (rufous hare-wallaby) people camped when they first arrived at Uluru and see the kitchen cave where they prepared their meals. They are the Anangu’s ancestors, and their story is one of the most important of the Tjukurpa (the foundation of Anangu culture).
