Our tour was amazing. From the driver who picked up us from the hotel ( his name is Gi Arta) and the driver who drove us from the meet up point to the mountain for sunrise (his name is Agus if i dont spell wrong) were friendly, good customer service and they took a lot effort to make us happy. Highly recommend
It was a very enjoyable trip. Our driver Gading was punctual for our pick up at 2.30am. He was soft spoken and drove us to the jeep pick up point safely. After our activities were done for the day, he promptly picked us up and drove us back safe and sound. A dependable driver indeed. Our jeep driver Kadek (I think that's his name) was also very friendly and brought us to a less congested spot for the sunrise. You can see he is an experienced driver from the way he handled the rough trail with expertise. All in all a very invaluable experience. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
Very good. Our pick up Mr Rapa was very accommodating and assisted us when we needed a break from the 2 hour journey from hotel. Very knowledgeable and spoke good English. He explained all the information we required as i kind of booked this tour on a whim. The tour was amazing. Beautiful sunrise coupled with the 4x4 experience. A must try. Once again, Thank you Mr Rapa.
Driver rinno was amazing, he was kind and amazing mostly his a damm good driver. It such a dangerous drive cause of the roads how small it is you definitely need a good solid local driver to drive you up and down
Our family had a great time with this tour. Dedi, the driver was on time to pick us up and drove smoothly/safely to keep pick up point and subsequently drove us to the coffee plantation at Kintamani before bringing us back to our hotel in the late morning. Get we to try a variety of tea and coffee including their chocolates before purchase. We are also appreciative of the jeep driver, Kadek. She was patient to wait for us to be ready for jeep ride up to Mount Batur. Ride to & back from Mt. Bator were smooth. Sunrise was great. Kadek also helped us take many nice shots at morning for sunrise & at the Black lava area. This activity is definitely recommended and one of the must dos when visiting Bali.
We had an enjoyable time on this tour. Our friendly driver, Subrata, picked us up on time from Seminyak. Our jeep drivers are friendly as well and helped us took nice photos. The tour was great overall, there are refreshments provided along the way and the view from the mountain was great!
