We had such a great experience with them that we extended our rental to 4 days! They took our previous bike and sent a new one to our other hotel. I asked for the bike to be delievered earlier than time slot, and they happily provide! Happy with the bike quality and it's really cheap compared to other platform! Provider also gives 2 helmets and 2 raincoats which brings more plus points. Recommended!!
Reasonable price for scooter rental. I asked for either Honda Vario or Honda Beat. I got Beat. Made delivered the scooter punctually. Nice guy. Fuel tank is full. They ensured the brakes, tyres in good condition and no stinking helmets as i requested them as such. Communications is easy via Whatsapp. Returning the scooter is easy. I just leave the helmets and key to the reception and wrote the name of the pick up guy on paper. It was smooth. Thanks.
The Bike was great - started 1st time every time. Good power for 2 people going up hills. Brakes worked very well
Easy to book and collect. Drop off and pick up were really smooth and the guy who handed over the bike was super friendly and helpful.
Rented the Honda Vario, took it up from Seminyak where we were staying to Ubud. Bike held up well across the 2 days we had it, even in the rain it puttered along well. Service was great. We picked 9am for delivery at the hotel we were staying at, rider dropped it off, allowed us to test it out first before even letting us have the bike. Brought 3 helmets for us to choose from which we didn't need since we had our own. We were suppose to return the bike after 48hrs, but he said we could text him earlier to pick up which we ended up doing. We used the bike for 36hr total. Rider came to pick up the bike while we were away, front desk had the key and had us take a picture to send to him, then had to verify with him that he was said rider to pick keys up.
