Morning Tour (6:30 pick-up ~ 10:30-11AM drop-off)
Afternoon Tour (11:30 pick-up ~ 3:30-4PM drop-off)
Pick-up time may fluctuate 5-15 minutes if we have multiple customers.

-Round trip pick up + drop off from Waikiki/Kahala area
-Licensed by the state of Hawaii
-No reservations required Admission fee is not included in tour cost
We will not take extra passengers not on our tour list

Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund: If you cancel 6 or more days before the scheduled tour date.
50% Refund: If you cancel between 3 to 5 days before the scheduled tour date.
No Refund: If you cancel less than 3 days before the scheduled date.

Please note that we will not refund for bad weather unless Hanauma closes.
