Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park: Open daily from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- For the latest operating hours, please check the official website.
- Park admission is available at Studio Plaza (existing entry) and SkyAvenue Gateway (new entry near Jom Makan, formerly Medan Selera).
- All guests visiting Genting SkyWorlds are advised to use the SkyAvenue Gateway, located on Level G of SkyAvenue, for park admission. The Studio Plaza entry is reserved only for hotel guests.
- Guests may re-enter or exit the park from Studio Plaza (11:00 AM – 4:55 PM) and SkyAvenue Gateway (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM).
- Multiple re-entries are allowed once you link your ticket code to the Genting SkyWorlds App.
- Subject to ride availability on the day of the visit.
- Strollers are available for rent at Guest Services, located at Studio Plaza. Rental rates are RM35 for a single stroller and RM50 for a double stroller. Cashless payments can be made at any ticketing counter at the main entrance.
Ride Closure & Maintenance Schedule:
- Please note that Night at the Museum: Midnight Mayhem is temporarily closed.
- Please check the maintenance schedule for selected rides on the official website or app.
Child tickets are based on height, not age. Children above 110 cm must purchase an adult ticket.
- Guests affected by weather conditions can enjoy FREE return within 12 months of their visit (please refer to the T&Cs for details).
- Download the Genting SkyWorlds app and register your ticket to activate the Rainy Day Guarantee. A push notification will be sent to affected guests.

No cancellations and refunds are allowed for this activity.
- Scan the QR code at the Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park turnstile and register your biometric data before entering the park.
- You can only book a Virtual Queue (VQ) reservation after scanning at the turnstile on the day of your visit.
- For guests who do not download the Genting SkyWorlds App, you MUST retain your admission ticket for unlimited entry to the park.
Upon booking confirmation, your ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
