This is a classic enjoyable food & wine* tasting where we have fun and have the chance to taste and learn a little more about Spain's classic Gastronomy. We go to my 1900s apartment for this fabulous food and wine flavours of Spain journey. We serve different family farmer food tastings, all included in the price: We focus on: - 3 Manchego Cheeses - Cured Jamón (Famous Ham) - Olive oil tasting We also serve: - Olives - Black Garlic - Pamplona Chorizo - Quince - Picatostas - Village Bread We serve 4 drinks, all included in the price: - Vermouth - White wine - Red Wine - Herb Liquor (Alcohol for over 18s only) - Beer for non-wine lovers - Sodas/juice/herbal teas for non-alcohol drinkers - Non/low alcohol beers available All locally sourced products are mainly from a rural village in Castille La Mancha region of Spain. Nothing you taste in this activity comes from city supermarkets. All Spanish farm/Winery to table. I am able to do this as I am the chef on our other award-winning day trip to the village in the heart of Unspoiled Spain.
