Gold Coast Departure Procedure:
Passengers are required to be ready and waiting outside their accommodation and designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes prior to their pick-up time. This should enable passengers to connect with their respective flights and allow for traffic fluctuations.

Amazingly smooth transfer from airport to my place with no wait. The driver was friendly.
My flight arrival at Gold Coast was ten minutes late. I received a text, that directed me to the counter of which I went to check after collecting my luggage. While there, I was able to book a return reservation from my hotel to the airport which the attendant kindly organised while I waited. Then I went down to catch my transport. At Bel Air Broadbeach, I noted that the reception area is accessible for drop off and pick up.
Very Disappointed we waited an hour at the airport before anyone could help us. Con x ion could not find our booking from Palago at least they put us on the bus to our hotel and helped us. Then I rang con x ion and the lady struggled to find booking which she eventually did. But palago must not have followed through with booking
