international culinary, notably features an array of seafood, tantalizing the
palate with the tempting taste of international buffets and an extensive East
meets West a la carte menu in the comfort of the chef's own brickwork home.

Table will be reserved once purchased, no reservations is needed. Spend over
$500 for breakfast, lunch or tea may enjoy 2-hour free parking. Spend over

(December 16 to January 1)

Indulge in a Festive International Delicacies buffet lunch at The Chef Table,
featuring some of the world’s most beloved dishes. Highlights include New
Zealand green mussel, clam, golden whelk, snow crab legs, cooked chill prawns,
roasted leg of lamb, roasted New Zealand striploin steak, Japanese style
braised fish stew, Korean style stir fried shrimp balls, duck oden, triple
cheese fondue deep fried oyster, Peking duck. There's also an array of
desserts such as Christmas chocolate with hazelnut yule log cake, pistachio
cream puff tower, Christmas mango & passion fruit yule log cake, Christmas
strawberry red velvet cake, Christmas donut, basque cheesecake, Christmas
chestnut tart, raspberry white forest cake, and tiramisu cup.

From December 24 to 26, the buffet will also feature seasonal delicacies such
as snow crab, hamachi, Argentina pink shrimp, roasted Christmas turkey,
freshly cooked tiger prawns and lamb racks to elevate the festive spirit.

From 14 December to 1 January 2025, Festive lunch buffet will temporarily
cease to supply freshly shucked oysters and will be replaced by pan-fried duck
liver. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Festive European Tasting Journey Dinner Buffet with Free-Flow Drinks
(December 16 to January 1)

The star attraction of the season, the Festive European Tasting Journey buffet
dinner, begins with New Zealand green mussel, clam, golden whelk, snow crab
legs, cooked chill prawns. On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
(and night before), the spread expands to include delicacies like Brown crab,
Hokkaido scallop and Argentina pink shrimp. Hot dishes feature showstoppers
like beef wellington, roasted Christmas turkey, Italian porchetta. Must-try
specialties include black truffle escargot with cheddar cheese and mashed
potatoes, slow cook beef cheek bourguignon, duck confit with lentils, raclette
cheese. There's also the "Ring the bell" station offering up Baked lobster
with cream cheese, abalone and crab meat bouillabaisse to heat up the holiday
spirit.

From December 21 onwards, the teppanyaki station will offer freshly seared
abalone or foie gras*, filling the air with tantalizing aromas.

The dessert section dazzles with creations such as Christmas chocolate with
hazelnut yule log cake, pistachio cream puff tower, Christmas mango & passion
fruit yule log cake, Christmas strawberry red velvet cake, Christmas donut,
