Your guide will share the culinary secrets discovering how to make the pasta according to the tradition passed down for generations, from the dough to the perfect sauce (homemade “gnocchi di patate (potato dumplings)” or “Tagliatelle”). Enjoy a meal with traditional venetian recipes as fegato alla veneziana (Venetian liver and onions) or sarde in saor (sardines and onions). You will create your own tiramisu the typical traditional cake born in Treviso.
