  • Ise Jingu, known to locals as "Oise-san," has long been loved as the spiritual home of the Japanese people. Ise Jingu is not a single shrine, but a collective name for 125 shrines, centered around Kotai Jingu (Inner Shrine), Toyouke Daijingu (Outer Shrine), and Geku (Eastern Shrine), and is officially called "Jingu."

  • Futamiokitama Shrine is a shrine dedicated to Sarutahiko-no-Okami, who is said to grant blessings in matchmaking, marital harmony, and traffic safety. The Meoto Iwa rocks visible in front of the shrine are considered to be the sacred stone "Okitama Shinseki" associated with Sarutahiko-no-Okami, which is located about 700 meters offshore, and the torii gate for worshiping the Sun God. Since ancient times, there has been a custom of "hama-sangu", where one purifies one's body and mind in the seawater of Futaminoura before visiting the shrine, and even today, many worshippers first visit the shrine and receive purification before heading to the shrine.

  • Ise Sea Paradise is an aquarium where you can meet animals at a distance of "zero"! The aquarium is divided into 12 zones according to the species of creatures and their habitats, where you can see sea lion performances and the only dugong kept in Japan.
