We are an award winning chocolate factory and have been featured on the BBC, Spain Television and various other shows. All the chocolate is organic and is ethically sourced and sustainable.

Itinerary

  • Mayan Monkey Mijas

    You will visit our chocolate factory. Firstly, there is chocolate tasting. Then we explain the process and how chocolate is made, and we demonstrate how we make a bar of chocolate. There is a choice of 50 different ingredients - you tell us what ingredients you'd like and we customise them and take them home. We also explain how we make the ice creams from scratch - we roast the pistachios in the factory and stone grind them in an old mill into a nut butter - and you get to taste our ice creams too. Note this visit is really aimed at adults - it is not one of our hands-on chocolate making experiences which are available on our website.
