Customers are kindly requested to make their reservations at least 3 hours in advance of the booking time.
Please indicate your flight details (date, time and flight number) and accommodation details in the 'Additional Information' section upon checkout.
Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives at 00:00 on 5 Jun, select 5 Jun.
Staff will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it.
The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes after your flight's arrival.
The service hour will start based on your selected pick-up time.
Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK): Meet at arrival hall near gate 4.
Don Mueang Airport (DMK): For domestic flight, meet at arrival hall near gate 11, for international flight meet at arrival hall near gate 5.
