Excellent service and fast response.
Good communication for the fast track service through immigration and security screening at SGN Tan Son Nhat. Will book again.
Met its objective which was expedited queue at immigration vs normal q. However, was quite chaotic as groups of passengers where shuffled from one person to the next in the process without clear instructions.
Very poor, as the person supposed to provide the service never turned up. When contacted, the person wasn’t even at the airport at the time we arrived, and said to manage by ourself, and was sorry Very disappointing, when booking for a service, and no one shows up.
