We view the barrel hall with tastings 4-5 quality wines from their higher altitude plots of limited bottlings. You may choose the wines from a range of organic or natural wines & Cavas inc. maridaje of local produce to compliment the wines with views over vineyards. This is also fully guided by myself Toni Martin & bodeguero. Hand harvest/selected, natural yeasts, no manipulation or stabilisation, very low sulphites retaining the soul of the wine from barrel to bottle. Truly unrepeatable vintage representing bobal´s terroir with expression. Limited bottling of only 830 & 1450 bottles. Tasting in vineyards.
