Instructions and directions for ticket and venue access were easy to follow. The skip the line saved lots of time.
Instructions to collection of tickets were clear. However there was a long queue for the skip the line queue. The walk in queue was cleared faster than our line, which defeat the purpose for us to pay more for a skip the line ticket! There should be a limit to this kind of tickets instead.
