The Singapore authorities limit each customer to register up to 3 Prepaid SIM cards across all service providers.
Ensure you haven't exceeded this limit by registering more than 3 Prepaid SIM cards under your name with any service provider in Singapore.
To track your balance, download the Starhub App (App Store / Google Play) and log in with your mobile number.
To use Data Roaming on your device ensure that Mobile Data & Data Roaming are enabled

Really good experience using this SIM. The staff at the collection point was nice and lent us a SIM ejector tool to insert the SIM card to into the phone. Once inserted, mobile data was available for use within a few minutes. Compared to Singtel, which for their SIM card to work you need to configure some settings and download an unnecessary app, this is just plug-and-play. We used the SIM within Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, and reception was great in all of them. Therefore, we'll continue purchase this again in the future when needed.

Picking up was very smooth and connectivity was excellent overall. Only downside is that there was no pin to open sim slot but counter staff will help setting up.
