The details in the listing are not very clear, but I learnt that the airport transfer and fast boat to Gili was by the same operator. They are very responsive on WhatsApp and ensured a very safe and smooth ride for me. Terima kasih :)

I was unable to make my boat because my flights were delayed and I had to book another flight the next day. I tried numerous times to connect with this company to ask if I could use my voucher the next day. I had 2 people message me to say they were trying to contact someone else to see if they could change my voucher day/time. I had to pay another company to use their speed boat as they didn’t get back to me. Then they contacted me to apologize but offered no compensation.
